Mudroom & Laundry Room Makeover — Marietta, GA

This Marietta homeowner needed a hardworking laundry room, so we added custom cabinets and countertops, including a dedicated opening for laundry baskets to keep sorting off the floor.

We gained the space for a proper mudroom by removing an old, rarely-used back staircase, which opened up room for custom-built cabinetry sized for this busy family.

The new tile floor runs underneath a built-in wood bench for easy, open shoe access, with a hanging area above it, an open shelf for keys, wallets, and phones, and closed cabinets up top for seasonal storage.
