When your project begins, one of our installers will be assigned and dedicated to your job from beginning to end. SIMPLE PROCESS & GUARANTEED SUCCESS

1. In-Home Consultation: Oleg will meet with a house owner to talk about remodeling goals and make certain he understands your renovation wishes and visions.

2. Initial Written Proposal: Within 5-7 business days of your initial consultation, we will send you and project proposal.

3. Client Input: After you have reviewed the proposal, we will communicate with you to go over any questions or possible revisions.
4. Accept Proposal: Once the proposal is accepted, we will start to finalize budgeted items. This is where you decide on the design and functional aspects of your remodel. Regardless on the scope of your project, it will always involve dealing with just one person, no sub-contractors or vendors.

5. Finalize Estimate and Design: Once all estimates have been gathered, a final estimate will be presented to you for approval prior to beginning your project. This is also the phase where you could enlist our Interior Design team to help you thru the remainder of the process.

6. Materials Ordered: Once you have approved the final proposal, design and timeline, materials are ordered.

7. Home Preparation: Before construction begins, your home will be prepped by protecting walls, floors, and other surfaces.

8. Begin Work: This is where the fun begins. Throughout the process, the lines of communication with GC Home Improvement are open to ensure you are satisfied.

9. Completion and Walk-through: Oleg will walk through your final home improvement or renovation to ensure complete satisfaction.

Once your initial choices are made, our certified designers prepare a 3D rendering of your new design before the material is ordered.

Before the contract is finalized, our founder personally visits every homeowner to carefully go over the design plan, the material selections, what to expect during installation and the planned timeline. Then, our production team shepherds each project with regular communication and are available to answer any questions from the start to finish. They will be available to you for any questions that may arise, to assist the on-site crew, and to coordinate all aspects of the project.
