GC Home Improvement was invited back to renovate the main floor of this home after renovating two of their bathrooms last year. The goal of this renovation was to create a fantastic open concept on the main floor.
This Kitchen & Coffee Bar in Decatur remodel offers a modern and inviting space for culinary enthusiasts and coffee lovers alike. SCOPE OF WORK
- We moved the dining room space into the old kitchen area
- We moved the kitchen into the old family room space
- We joined the existing living room and old dining room into one large family room space
- We replaced some of the windows in the new kitchen to allow for the new kitchen design
- We created a separate coffee bar with a sink and tons of pantry storage in the new dining room area
AT A GLANCE
• We removed some structural walls and made some existing openings wider to allow for the open concept and better traffic patterns in the new design
• We installed new flooring in the main floor for consistency
